1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is drafted in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Law") and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security as implemented by Gorbachova Kira Nikolaevna (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

1.1. The Operator considers the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of their personal data to be a primary objective, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal, and family secrets.
1.2. This Policy applies to all information the Operator may obtain regarding visitors to the website https://en.dmc-cosmetics.ru.
2.  Key Terms Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated Processing of Personal Data – processing of personal data using computing technology.
2.2. Blocking of Personal Data – temporary cessation of personal data processing (except where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).

2.6. Processing of Personal Data – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator – a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual that, independently or jointly with others, organizes and/or performs the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.8. Personal Data – any information directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://www.en.dmc-cosmetics.ru.
2.9. Personal Data Permitted by the Data Subject for Distribution – personal data made publicly available by the data subject by providing consent for their processing in accordance with the Personal Data Law.
2.10. User – any visitor to the website https://www.en.dmc-cosmetics.ru.
2.11. Provision of Personal Data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or group of persons.
2.12. Distribution of Personal Data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an unlimited number of persons (transfer of personal data) or making them publicly available, including publication in mass media, posting in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other manner.
2.13. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, a foreign government authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity.
2.14. Destruction of Personal Data – any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making it impossible to restore their content in the personal data information system and/or the destruction of tangible personal data storage media.
3. Operator’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Operator has the right to:

Receive accurate information and/or documents containing personal data from the data subject;
Continue processing personal data without the data subject’s consent if there are legal grounds specified in the Personal Data Law;
Independently determine the scope and list of necessary and sufficient measures to ensure compliance with obligations under the Personal Data Law and regulatory legal acts adopted pursuant thereto, unless otherwise provided by the Personal Data Law or other federal laws.

3.2. The Operator is obliged to:

Provide the data subject, upon request, with information regarding the processing of their personal data;
Organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of applicable Russian legislation;
Respond to inquiries and requests from data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Law;
Notify the authorized body for the protection of data subjects' rights upon request within 30 days of receiving such a request;
Publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data;
Take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, and other illegal actions with personal data;
Cease the dissemination (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, terminate processing, and destroy personal data in the manner and cases provided by the Personal Data Law;
Fulfill other obligations provided by the Personal Data Law.
4. Data Subject’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. Data subjects have the right to:

Obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided by federal laws;
Request the Operator to update, block, or delete their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, obtained unlawfully, or unnecessary for the stated processing purpose;
Set conditions for prior consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes;
Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data;
Challenge unlawful acts or omissions of the Operator in the processing of personal data to the authorized body for the protection of data subjects' rights or in court;
Exercise other rights provided by Russian law.

4.2. Data subjects are obliged to:

Provide the Operator with accurate data about themselves;
Inform the Operator of updates (modifications) to their personal data.

4.3. Persons who have provided the Operator with false information about themselves or information about another data subject without their consent bear responsibility in accordance with Russian law.
5. Categories of Personal Data Processed by the Operator
5.1. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:
  • Last name, first name, and patronymic (if applicable);
  • Email address;
  • Phone numbers.
5.2. The website also collects and processes anonymized data on visitors (including cookies) using internet analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, etc.).
5.3. The above-mentioned data are collectively referred to in this Policy as "Personal Data."
5.4. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data concerning race, nationality, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, or intimate life.
6. Principles of Personal Data Processing
6.1. Processing of personal data is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.
6.2. Processing is limited to achieving specific, pre-defined, and legitimate purposes.
6.3. Combining databases containing personal data that are processed for incompatible purposes is not permitted.
6.4. Only personal data that meet the purposes of processing are subject to processing.
6.5. The content and volume of processed personal data must correspond to the stated purposes of processing.
6.6. Accuracy, sufficiency, and, if necessary, relevance of personal data are ensured.
6.7. Storage of personal data is conducted in a form allowing identification of the data subject for no longer than required by the processing purposes.
7. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
  • Conducting business activities aimed at generating profit;
  • Providing informational, consulting, marketing, and logistics services;
  • Direct interaction with the data subject, including sending notifications, information, and requests;
  • Promotion of goods, works, and services in the market;
  • Conducting statistical and analytical research based on anonymized personal data;
  • Compliance with Russian labor and tax laws.
8. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Processing is conducted in accordance with:
  • The Constitution of the Russian Federation;
  • The Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
  • Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data";
  • Other applicable federal laws and regulatory acts.
9. Conditions for Processing Personal Data
9.1. Processing is conducted with the consent of the data subject.
9.2. Processing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations or execute contracts.
9.3. Processing is required for the protection of legal rights or other significant interests.
10. Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Processing
10.1. The Operator ensures the security of personal data by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures. 10.2. Personal data is not transferred to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
10.3. Users may update their personal data by sending a request to the Operator’s email: dmc.cosmetics.prof@gmail.com. 10.4. Users may withdraw their consent at any time by notifying the Operator via email.
11. List of Actions Performed with Personal Data
11.1. The Operator performs collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, usage, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
11.2. Automated processing of personal data is carried out, including transmission over communication networks.
12. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
12.1. Before transferring data to foreign countries, the Operator ensures adequate data protection measures are in place. 12.2. Cross-border transfers are permitted only if the data subject has provided explicit written consent.
13. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Operator and any individuals who have access to personal data must not disclose or distribute such data without the data subject’s consent, except as required by federal law.
